Setagaya Public Theatre

Setagaya Public Theatre is designed for staging artistic performances such as theatre and dance, as well as for concerts. It is a theatre with an audience capacity of 600 (in the basic configuration) that can be configured into two form. The first is an open form with no boundary between the stage and audience, inspired by the ancient Greek open-air theatre and the spatial character of Asian traditional theatre, and the second is the proscenium form. Equipped with high-level functions and facilities, this theatre is compatible with a wide range of artistic performance plans.

Theatre Tram

Theatre Tram is a theatre with the audience capacity of 225 (in the basic configuration) located next to Sangenjaya Station on the Setagaya Line, one of the few tram lines remaining in Tokyo. The audience seats and stage of this theatre can be flexibly modified and enables various configurations with spatial solidity such as the proscenium form, a square stage with the audience seated around it on all four sides, as well as an extensive and flat floor stage.
