| Requests to participants② | ◆Customers who meet the following conditions are not allowed to enter the building. ・Customers who are not feeling well with symptoms such as fever (37.5°C or higher), colds, taste/smell disorders, etc. ・Customers not wearing masks ・Customers who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-XNUMX ・Customers who have visited a country or region where the government has imposed immigration restrictions, required inspections and waiting periods after entering the country within the past week, and have had close contact with the residents of those countries.However, this is not the case if it conforms to the "quarantine measures when entering Japan" stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. ◆Hands will be disinfected and temperature will be measured at the time of reception.Thank you for your cooperation. ◆In order to prevent infectious diseases, we may provide the contact information provided at the time of application to public institutions such as public health centers. |
