Requests to participants ① ■Walk inside the theater tram.
 Avoid sandals, high heels, etc., and participate in clothes that are easy to move in.
■Please wear a mask during the course.
■Schedule may change due to the situation of the new coronavirus.

Requests to participants② ◆Customers who meet the following conditions are not allowed to enter the building.
・Customers who are not feeling well with symptoms such as fever (37.5°C or higher), colds, taste/smell disorders, etc.
・Customers not wearing masks
・Customers who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-XNUMX
・Customers who have visited a country or region where the government has imposed immigration restrictions, required inspections and waiting periods after entering the country within the past week, and have had close contact with the residents of those countries.However, this is not the case if it conforms to the "quarantine measures when entering Japan" stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
◆Hands will be disinfected and temperature will be measured at the time of reception.Thank you for your cooperation.
◆In order to prevent infectious diseases, we may provide the contact information provided at the time of application to public institutions such as public health centers.
 
Requests to participants ③ ◆Personal information received at the time of application will be managed in accordance with the Setagaya Cultural Foundation Personal Information Protection Regulations.
◆Staff may take photos and videos during the course.Photographs and videos taken will be used for non-commercial publicity materials, publications, lectures, exhibitions, etc.
◆Please refrain from taking photos/videos or recording during the course.
◆Please fill in the necessary information accurately when applying.
◆If you are injured during the course and there is negligence on the part of the organizer, we will compensate you within the scope of your insurance.
◆If you disturb other participants during the course, you may be asked to leave.
Efforts to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection ◎After confirming that there are no abnormalities by measuring the temperature, the theater staff will wear a mask and conduct the lecture.
◎ Disinfectant for hands is placed in various places, and medicated soap is placed in the washroom.
◎ The audience seats, lobby, and toilets are coated with antivirus.
◎The theater ventilation system is fully operational.
