In 1990, Japan was in the midst of a bubble economy.
The planning room of a company that produces special effects heroes.
Program script meetings are being held mainly by young creators in their 20s and 30s.
When they were boys, they were enthusiastic about the series of special effects giant heroes. I'm giving up because I can't help it.
There is also a twisted desire to make a program for adults.
In the midst of such a disinterested meeting, one of the scriptwriters talks about a unique episode that was broadcast in a certain series...
