1987 Studied under Butoh dancer Anzu Furukawa. In 95, formed "Kim Ito + Shining Future".He has received the French Bagnolet International Choreography Award (96), the 02st Asahi Performing Arts Award/Shuji Terayama Award (08), and the Yokohama Cultural Award/Cultural Arts Encouragement Award (2005). In 15, he traveled around the world with a backpack for half a year.He also produces “Oyaji Café,” where old men dance and serve, and works with elementary, junior high and high school students. In XNUMX, "Kim Ito & GERO" was formed.He has participated in many art festivals in Japan and abroad, such as galleries, outdoors, and the Setouchi International Art Festival.
