Rumi Matsui [profile] Graduated from Tama Art University.He moved to England after working with Shiki Theater Company.After returning to Japan, she started working as a stage designer. 2000 Yomiuri Theater Award Excellent Staff Award, 01 Novi Sad International Arts Festival Stage Art Jury Special Award, 02 Kinokuniya Drama Award Individual Award, Yomiuri Theater Award Best Staff Award, Kisaku Ito Award. In 04, he made his Broadway debut in Pacific Overtures. Nominated for Best Scenic Design of a Musical at the 05th Tony Awards in 59.His major works include "Pitchfork Disney", "Fantastics", "Father Returns" and many others. |
