The town of Sancha transforms into a ``dream world'' where you forget about everyday life like in a circus tent.
Performances by artists from Japan and abroad, selected refreshment stalls in the shopping district, Art Rakuichi where handmade accessories are lined up, decorations by volunteer staff that add color to the town, and a rest room when you get tired of walking. Only things that appear in the city of Sancha.
