A concert "Jazz for Kids" by jazz trumpeter Terumasa Hino, which started in 2005.Every time, we present a double feature: live performances by jazz musicians active in Hino and around the world, and a concert by the "Dream Jazz Band" formed by public junior high school students in Setagaya Ward. This time, celebrating its 2th anniversary, the two concerts that had been held over two days were condensed into one day and held as part of the "Setagaya Children's Project 10".It will be a dense content suitable for a memorable year.

The members of the Terumasa Hino Quintet are not only representatives of the Japanese jazz scene, but Hino, who is well-known as an international artist, is at the head of the list. Takashi Sugawa, the bassist who has appeared on numerous shows, and Noritaka Tanaka, the drummer who has held numerous sessions in the United States and is also good at improvisational performances.
Hino's second son and bassist Kenji Hino JINO will be joining as a member this year.He has deepened friendships with famous musicians and has competed with them, so he will surely show us a harmonious performance.
Other special musicians are Hideaki Kanazawa, the former bassist of Hino Band, who is currently deepening his friendship with a wide range of musicians such as jazz, blues, and classical music through his solo activities, and the jazz unit "the MOST". In addition, Seiji Tada, a saxophonist who has participated in various sessions and is also a lecturer at a university.The trombone player Yuzo Kataoka, who is active in "No Name Horses" led by Makoto Ozone and "Nobuo Hara and Sharp & Flats", is a talented and unique member.
There is no doubt that he will deliver an energetic performance that can withstand the heat of summer.

　On the other hand, "Dream Jazz Band" welcomed new members and started because they couldn't lose to adults.In the months leading up to the concert, you will learn not only the technique of playing, but also the importance of connecting with friends and expressing your feelings, and you will grow greatly as a person.Expectations will also increase for their powerful performance.
