Setagaya's annual autumn festival "Sancha de Street Performance".
About 30 groups of street performers not only from Japan but also from France, England, Belgium, and other countries around the world will gather at Sangenjaya and give enthusiastic performances.
The town of Sancha will be transformed for two days with a walking act parading through the city, an “art rakuichi” where handmade goods are available, and exhibitions by each shopping district.
